Terms of Use

These Terms of Use describe the rules that apply when you access or use Planz, including our websites, mobile applications, planning tools, introductions, messaging features, booking features, payment-related features, and other services that link to these Terms.

Planz is operated by Mobeze Inc. By accessing or using Planz, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Planz.

1. Who may use Planz

You must be at least 18 years old to use Planz. By using Planz, you represent that you are legally able to enter into these Terms and that your use of Planz complies with applicable law.

2. Your account

You may need to create an account to access certain Planz features. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your account information updated.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

3. What Planz does

Planz helps people discover experiences, organize plans, connect around shared interests, schedule introductions, coordinate with groups, and participate in real-world activities. Some features may allow users to create profiles, browse other members, express interest, send or receive invitations, schedule intro calls, chat, join plans, or participate in booking-related flows.

Planz may also provide tools for providers, hosts, organizers, or partners to offer experiences, activities, events, trips, or other plans.

4. Community conduct

You agree to use Planz respectfully and responsibly. You may not use Planz to harass, threaten, stalk, impersonate, exploit, deceive, spam, scam, intimidate, discriminate, or harm another person.

You may not upload, post, send, or share content that is illegal, abusive, hateful, sexually exploitative, misleading, defamatory, invasive of privacy, or otherwise harmful to Planz, its users, or third parties.

5. Introductions, profiles, and member interactions

Planz may help users discover other people based on shared interests, activities, plans, or availability. Planz does not guarantee that any introduction, match, message, video call, meeting, plan, or connection will occur or be successful.

You are responsible for your own decisions when interacting with others. Use good judgment when sharing information, scheduling calls, joining plans, meeting in person, arranging transportation, or participating in activities.

You may decline, cancel, block, report, or stop communicating with another user at any time, subject to any separate cancellation, payment, or booking rules that may apply to a paid plan.

6. Plans, bookings, events, and experiences

Planz may help users create, join, coordinate, or book plans, events, activities, trips, or experiences. Some experiences may be provided by third-party providers, venues, hosts, organizers, guides, transportation companies, or other partners.

You are responsible for reviewing all plan details before participating, including date, time, location, price, requirements, cancellation terms, provider rules, minimum group size, deadlines, and any safety considerations.

Planz does not control every aspect of third-party experiences and is not responsible for weather, venue conditions, provider performance, schedule changes, user conduct, transportation delays, cancellations, personal injuries, property loss, or other issues outside our reasonable control.

7. Payments and shared costs

Some Planz features may involve payments, deposits, pre-authorizations, shared costs, bookings, subscriptions, premium features, or other paid services. By submitting payment information or confirming a paid action, you authorize the applicable charge or payment flow.

Prices, fees, taxes, deadlines, refund rules, cancellation terms, and payment conditions may vary by plan, provider, feature, or offer. Any specific payment terms presented during checkout, booking, or confirmation are incorporated into these Terms.

Planz may use third-party payment processors. Your use of those payment services may be subject to the processor’s own terms and privacy policies.

8. Subscriptions and premium features

Planz may offer subscriptions, premium memberships, paid upgrades, or paid feature access. Subscription terms, billing frequency, renewal rules, cancellation options, and pricing will be presented where the subscription or paid feature is offered.

Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions may renew automatically until canceled. You are responsible for canceling through the applicable app store, payment provider, or account settings before renewal if you do not want to be charged again.

9. User content

You may be able to submit profile information, photos, messages, plan details, comments, reviews, availability, preferences, or other content. You are responsible for your content and represent that you have all rights needed to provide it.

You grant Planz a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, transmit, adapt, and use your content as needed to operate, improve, protect, and promote Planz and its services.

We may remove, limit, edit, or refuse content if we believe it violates these Terms, creates risk, infringes rights, or harms the user experience.

10. Prohibited uses

You may not use Planz to:

• Violate any law or third-party right.
• Misrepresent your identity, affiliation, availability, intentions, or plan details.
• Collect, scrape, copy, or harvest user information without permission.
• Interfere with, disrupt, reverse engineer, or compromise Planz systems.
• Upload malware, spam, phishing attempts, or harmful code.
• Use Planz for fraudulent, exploitative, abusive, or unsafe activity.
• Bypass account limits, safety features, payment systems, or access controls.

11. Third-party services and links

Planz may link to or integrate with third-party websites, app stores, payment processors, maps, communication tools, venues, providers, or other services. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, availability, or actions.

Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies.

12. Safety and assumption of risk

Planz is designed to support real-world coordination, but real-world activity involves risk. You voluntarily assume the risks associated with communicating with others, meeting people, attending events, traveling, participating in activities, and using third-party services.

Planz does not guarantee the identity, background, intentions, reliability, conduct, or suitability of any user, provider, host, organizer, or third party.

13. Intellectual property

Planz, including its design, branding, software, features, logos, text, graphics, and other materials, is owned by Mobeze Inc. or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from Planz or its content except as permitted by these Terms or by written permission from us.

14. Feedback

If you provide suggestions, ideas, or feedback about Planz, you grant us the right to use that feedback without restriction or compensation to you.

15. Account suspension or termination

We may suspend, limit, or terminate your access to Planz at any time if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for users, misused the platform, caused harm, or exposed Planz or others to legal or security risk.

You may stop using Planz at any time. Certain obligations, including payment obligations, dispute provisions, intellectual property protections, disclaimers, and limitations of liability, will survive termination.

16. Disclaimers

Planz is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, safety, and reliability.

We do not warrant that Planz will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free from harmful components.

17. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mobeze Inc., Planz, and their officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, personal disputes, missed plans, booking issues, or third-party conduct.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to Planz or these Terms will not exceed the greater of one hundred dollars ($100) or the amount you paid to Planz for the service giving rise to the claim during the three months before the claim arose.

18. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Mobeze Inc., Planz, and their officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your use of Planz, your content, your violation of these Terms, your violation of law, or your interaction with users or third parties.

19. Changes to Planz or these Terms

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Planz at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above.

Your continued use of Planz after updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

20. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
