Real San Diego Members
A Mission Bay cruise that almost didn't happen.
Yu and her friends wanted to book a Mission Bay hot tub cruise for 12 people, but only 8 could make it. Instead of canceling, they used Intros to find 4 more people who were interested in the same kind of plan. The sunset jacuzzi cruise was a success, and a few new connections were made for future Planz.

FAQs
Quick answers before you get introduced.
A few things people usually want to know before starting with Intros.
Is Planz Intros a dating app?
No. This is the evolution of social discovery.
You shouldn't have to pretend to date just to meet people, or keep showing up solo to random meetups hoping to make friends.
Planz starts with the experience first, then connects you with people who want to do the same things.
Will random people be able to message me?
No. Planz Intros are built to prevent random messages.
Someone can only request an introduction when there is mutual interest on both sides, and the video introduction has to be scheduled first.
A connection is only created after both people meet face-to-face on video and both still want to connect afterward.
How do I know when someone is available?
Profiles can show when someone is usually available and whether they have a specific day or time in mind. That makes it easier to find people whose timing actually works.
What kind of people can I meet?
People who are interested in similar activities, local experiences, events, trips, or plans. The idea is to connect around something real to say yes to.
Can I make my profile private?
Yes. If you want to take a break from new Intros or pause discovery, you can switch your profile to private mode.
